Here's a simple guide to factory resetting your GoBright Interact.
With a small screwdriver or a paperclip you can press the reset button for 5-10 seconds.
Let the device fully reboot. You'll then need the GoBright app to scan the QR code shown on screen and link the Interact to the relevant desk / room.
The GoBright app is available for free on both Apple and Android devices. Just check out your relevant app store and search for 'GoBright'.
