In Q1 of 2026 GoBright rolled out an overhaul of their process when ordering catering to a room booking. We like the new design, it's much smoother!
In the update:

If you have ordered this as part of your commissioning package, Ascentae will get everything set up for you.
This Includes:
- Service Providers - email notifications at a specified time prior to the meeting
- A catalog of items
- Categories - food / drink / room layouts etc
- Cost centres
Important: Service licenses are added on a per-room basis. Please calculate how many rooms you will need to enable catering for and discuss this with your Ascentae account manager.
