You must have Integration configured on your portal in order to set this up.If you do not have integration, please speak to your account manager for pricing.In February 2025, GoBright expanded their integration options. Rooms can already be linked to a room resource email address in O365 - but now desks and parking can be configured in the same way too.Each desk / parking space needs to be linked to a resource email address in your O365 environment. For example:  Once the resources are configured, they need to be setup in GoBright.DesksOn the GoBright portal head to Settings > Work and select the relevant desk you need to update. You need to change 'no integration' to the relevant name of the Integration you have configured. ParkingThe same as the above applies for parking, but can be found under Settings > Park.Once Microsoft and GoBright have synced, you can book directly from Outlook.For example, you can book an office, desk and a parking space via Outlook at the same time:And this will update both your calendar and the calendar for the room(s).The update is pushed to the GoBright portal. If your ProDVX panel has GoBright pre-installed but you have no requirement to use this application, you can remove it from the panel.Completion Time: ~5-10minsFire up the panel and wait for the GoBright application to load. You will be presented with an activation code. Ignore the activation and perform the following gesture on screen to exit the kiosk. Removing your finger after each motion: This now takes you into the Android settings interface. You will not be prompted for a PIN as the device has not been activated.Under the Device section, select Exit and confirm the pop-upSwipe down twice / three times from the top of the screen and press the settings cogFind the Device section, select Apps and then find GoBright - Device Select this option and select Force Stop. On the same page, press Uninstall and confirm the pop-up. Now, on the bottom toolbar, press the triangle back icon 2 or 3 times to return to the home screen.After the above steps above have been carried out, GoBright has been uninstalled and you have a blank ProDVX panel.Now use the devices web browser to download the .apk file of your choice and install the relevant package. You also have the option of installing the .apk file from a USB device.Important: If you’re using a USB device, it must be formatted as FAT32. The Control Plug is the solution for managing the power usage for your GoBright Interact. GoBright is always deploying updates to their Interact hardware to improve its performance for the office workspace.Interacts can be used across your estate for both desk and room booking solutions.Height Adjustable DesksHeight adjustable desks are common in the modern workplace, giving employees the option to sit / stand to work. The current supported actuators are:LinakLogicData (DM) LogicData (CB)JiecangOMTLets look at the steps to get up and running.1) The profile for your Interact needs to be enabled for height adjustability. On your GoBright portal, head to Settings > Devices and select Profiles on the left-hand menu2) If there isn't a profile already set up for Interacts, add a new one. 3) Give the profile an appropriate name and change the Type to Interact from the drop-down4) Under the Device section, select the relevant requirement from the 3 options. Once you are happy with all the information, hit save5)  Select Interacts on the left-hand menu and select the relevant Interact to update. Under the Setup Settings you will find a Desk Actuator field. Update this to the actuator the desk uses, e.g. Linak. Complete all other relevant fields on this page according to the installation requirement (e.g. fixed on a desk, fixed under a desk)You may need to manually reboot the Interact for the changes to kick-in.
