If you can't power the device over the 230V mains adapter, PoE is now here! As you can see, it comes with 3M adhesive to fix the device to a surface.This is the connection that needs to be plugged into the Interact device:You then have the expansion box:  Note: A network cable is not suppliedWe tested the device on the 12th of June 2024, using a "dumb" NETGEAR PoE switch and an Interact running Application Version 1.6.1. If you're using a managed switch, please ensure PoE is enabled on the port(s) that you connect the Interact(s) to. Some further photos that might help plan your installation:Important: When using Interacts, you must configure your firewall to allow outbound traffic over MQTT (port 8883) over TLS. If the device powers up as expected, but is stuck on the Android boot screen, please follow these steps to re-flash (factory reset) the ProDVX panel. You will need to re-install the relevant booking app after performing the following steps.Unplug everything from the device, including the power source.Press and hold the "Volume +" button.Whilst holding this button, provide power to the device (can be both PoE or PSU).Keep holding the button until the Android Recovery menu appears. In this menu, navigate using the volume (+/-) buttons to the format/wipe system option.Select this option by long pressing the circular menu button next to it.After confirming the reset, reboot the device and check and confirm whether it does so without any issues.After step 7, please be patient as it can take up to 10 minutes for the panel to reload. When the process is complete, you'll have a blank Android panel. As this process completely resets the panel, you'll need to reconfigure the network - so if you're using Wi-Fi you will need to re-authenticate.If you have any further questions, please contact support@ascentae.com to log a support ticket. Here's a simple guide to factory resetting your GoBright Interact.With a small screwdriver or a paperclip you can press the reset button for 5-10 seconds.Let the device fully reboot. You'll then need the GoBright app to scan the QR code shown on screen and link the Interact to the relevant desk / room.The GoBright app is available for free on both Apple and Android devices. Just check out your relevant app store and search for 'GoBright'.

If you're experiencing issues with NFC cards not being recognised on the Pogo module, please download and install this file:Download File (1.5M)The file will need to be placed in the root directory on a USB drive that's formatted as FAT32.If you don't have a USB drive to hand, you can download the file on the browser and run the .apk from the downloads section.If you decide to download and use a USB, once the USB is inserted, swipe down from the top and select the name of the device. Run the.apk, give all permissions, and then reboot the panel after the installation is complete.Please also ensure that the PINs are correctly aligned, and the screws are secure.We have tested this add-on in one of our Experience Centres (Model: APPC-32X) and it's got the Ascentae seal of approval.
