GoBright Interact Signal Levels
Wi-Fi signal strength is measured in dBm, with values usually ranging from -30 dBm to -90 dBm. A value closer to 0 (e.g. -50 dBm) indicates a stronger, faster connection, while lower numbers (e.g. -80 dBm) indicates a weaker, slower, or unstable connection. -50 dBm to -60 dBm (Excellent/Good)-60 dBm to -70 dBm (Fair)-70 dBm to -80 dBm (Weak)-80 dBm to -90 dBm (Unusable)Walls and electronic interference will significantly drop the dBm value in your environment. Finding your dBm level on an InteractPress and hold the time in the top-right for a few secondsSelect open device infoHere you have 4 options on the left hand side. On this screen you can find:StatusIP addressMAC addressSSID Signal, channel and dBmAuth mode used (e.g WPA2 PSK)We need to concentrate on the 2nd option down - WiFi. There is a signal indicator that will fluctuate in real-time. Values between -50 dBm and -65 dBm are good.Important: Interacts operate on the 2.4 Ghz spectrum. 5 Ghz is not supported.Still having issues? Check out our on site install guide here.

Improved Notifications For Bookings
Now if a meeting is canceled, updated or even edited, notifications are here.
If you're the one making the change, you know the notification has been sent.
This new feature will help with:
Reducing time
Eliminate miscommunication
Collaboration with colleagues
We understand that sometimes you may book a resource in advance, but a last-minute surprise gets in the way, and you no longer need the booking.
Let's Look at the Steps...
Room Bookings
Head to Settings > Meet > Profiles:
Desk & Parking Bookings
The above process is the same but:
Desks = Settings > Work > ProfilesParking = Settings > Park > Profiles
This is a simple yet powerful improvement to the GoBright platform.

PointGrab Sensors - Network Usage
At a high level, network traffic is relatively lightweight. As a general estimate, you can expect approximately 1KB per minute per Area of Interest (AoI), depending on configuration and use case.A Quick Overview:MetricTypical MessageConservative Estimate (Recommended)Size per Message~250 Bytes~1,000 Bytes (1 KB)Usage per Hour~15 KB60 KBUsage per Day~360 KB1.44 MBUsage per Month~10.8 MB43.2 MBA few further points to help provide context...Data transmission varies depending on the type of data being captured (e.g. simple counts vs. more detailed positional data such as XY coordinates).Traffic is calculated per AoI rather than per sensor, meaning a desk-level deployment (with more granular tracking) will typically generate more data than a meeting room setup.Stitching or higher-resolution use cases (e.g. frequent XY updates) will result in slightly higher traffic volumes.During initial deployment and commissioning, network activity may be temporarily higher due to configuration, validation, and testing processes.Firmware updates occur infrequently (typically 1–2 times per year) and will generate higher traffic during those periods, but these are planned and coordinated in advance.Outside of these scenarios, sensors operate with consistent, low-bandwidth communication.In practice, message sizes can be smaller (circa 250 bytes), but we recommend using the ~1KB per minute per AoI estimate as a conservative baseline for planning purposes.
