{"query":"interact","articles":[{"id":50,"title":"Actuators - GoBright Interacts","content":"<div><img src=\"..\/assets\/resources\/articles\/media-uploads\/media_69959e8d5e7c3.png\" style=\"max-width: 100%; width: 50%; float: right;\" class=\"note-float-right\">GoBright is always deploying updates to their Interact hardware to improve its performance for the office workspace.<\/div><div><br><\/div><div>Interacts can be used across your estate for both desk and room booking solutions.<\/div><div><br><\/div><div><b>Height Adjustable Desks<\/b><\/div><div><br><\/div><div>Height adjustable desks are common in the modern workplace, giving employees the option to sit \/ stand to work.&nbsp;<\/div><div><br><\/div><div>The current supported actuators are:<\/div><div><br><\/div><ul><li>Linak<\/li><li>LogicData (DM)&nbsp;<\/li><li>LogicData (CB)<\/li><li>Jiecang<\/li><li>OMT<\/li><\/ul><div>Lets look at the steps to get up and running.<\/div><div><br><\/div><div><b>1)<\/b> The profile for your Interact needs to be enabled for height adjustability. On your GoBright portal, head to <i>Settings &gt; Devices<\/i> and select <i>Profiles <\/i>on the left-hand menu<\/div><div><b>2)<\/b> If there isn't a profile already set up for Interacts, add a new one.&nbsp;<\/div><div><b>3)<\/b> Give the profile an appropriate name and change the&nbsp;<i>Type <\/i>to Interact from the drop-down<\/div><div><b>4) <\/b>Under the <i>Device <\/i>section, select the relevant requirement from the 3 options. Once you are happy with all the information, hit save<\/div><div><b>5)<\/b>&nbsp; Select <i>Interacts <\/i>on the left-hand menu and select the relevant Interact to update. Under the <i>Setup Settings<\/i> you will find a <i>Desk Actuator<\/i> field. Update this to the actuator the desk uses, e.g. Linak.
